| Schleswig-Holstein’s Youth Award-winner Jan Michael Stümpert is very much looking forward to participating in the 24th Opening Gala. The apprentice of Robert Stolz in Plön also convinced the ‘Contest Chef-Sache’ jury 2009 with his filigree vegetable creation. |
