Sunday, 9. January 2011

The Tour de Gourmet Jeunesse is very popular and sells out quickly. This very entertaining restaurant-hopping for young gourmets that has generated so much interest and success shows that ‘Kooperation Gastliches Wikingland’ has had the thumb on the culinary pulse from the very beginning. A maximum of 40 guests between the age of 18 and 35 can go on this delicious and eventful gourmet journey.

The journey starts on 9th January 2011 at 12h with Lanson Champagner served in the historic-maritime atmosphere of Restaurant Schiffergesellschaft in Lübeck, where chef de cuisine Holger Grätz will create the first course in the very heart of this UNESCO-City. Hereafter, sporty Audis will take you through a beautiful lake landscape to Hotel & Restaurant Stolz in Plön, where owner Robert Stolz is responsible for creating the fish course in combination with regional products.

The Audis A8 and Q7 are definitely feast for the eyes on their way through the snow-covered landscape to Timmendorfer Strand by the Baltic Sea. This is where you will enjoy a firework of aromas both with the main course and the dessert – beneath a bright Michelin star shining above the Orangerie, where Maître Lutz Niemann and Sommelier Ralf Brönner will provide you with the best wines and unparalleled culinary bliss.

’Tour de Gourmet Jeunesse‘ is priced at 70 € per person and includes a 4-course menu, all drinks, and the Audi shuttle service. Reservations (presentation of a valid identity card is requested) via the Maritim Seehotel, Ralf Brönner, tel: *49 (0)4503 / 605 27 24.
